Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sale, sales engineering, or similar roles, with increasing scope and responsibility.
- Have 5+ years of experience in Financial Services Technology (Fintech) or Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Demonstrate expertise with sales and solution architecture tooling and CRM/sales forecasting platforms, such as Salesforce.
- Have experience influencing and advising senior and executive leadership in cross-functional environments.
- Bring strong solution design, product design, and business problem-solving skills.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product enhancements.
- Have advanced working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have advanced working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Hold a bachelor's degree; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop the Solution Architecture practice for the Lending & Deposit product.
- Manage resource capacity forecasting across existing and prospective client engagements.
- Establish tools, systems, and best practices for demonstrating, scoping, and positioning the L&D solution.
- Align resource availability with sales projections and escalate demand imbalances to senior leadership.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage presentation and demonstration platforms.
- Define operational best practices for the Solution Architecture team and promote their adoption across client-facing workflows.
- Collaborate with clients, prospective clients, and Product and Engineering teams to design scalable solutions for efficient L&D implementation.
- Advise the SVP of Operations and Product leadership on solution design, tooling, and process optimization.
