Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in growth, digital or performance marketing.
- Bring experience from a scaling company; fintech or B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
- Have experience managing people or agency teams and a track record of building strong teams.
- Bring hands-on depth in SEO, paid acquisition, website optimization and modern demand generation.
- Be comfortable with sales-led acquisition, intent-based targeting, personalization and lifecycle triggers.
- Use research, data and customer insight to inform decisions.
- Have clear, compelling writing and storytelling skills.
- Be technically fluent with modern marketing and analytics tools.
- Bring a collaborative approach and a bias toward action.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day performance marketing and digital channel execution, and build a small team as the channel mix develops.
- Own paid acquisition across search, display, paid social and retargeting.
- Improve CAC, payback period and channel ROI through testing and data-driven iteration.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps on ICPs, pipeline goals and campaign planning.
- Manage SEO/GEO and paid media agency partners against goals and timelines.
- Own the marketing technology stack, attribution and data flow.
- Lead top-of-funnel acquisition for the self-serve motion and partner with Product on activation, onboarding and conversion experiments.
- Define and report growth KPIs across acquisition, activation and revenue.
- Grow Flex.one through discoverability, technical SEO, structured content and site optimization, including visibility on AI discovery platforms.
- Bring product launches to market and develop content across website, campaigns, organic, paid, email and referral channels.
