Requirements
- Have strong experience with Kubernetes in production.
- Have hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Understand networking, DNS, and containers.
- Understand CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Understand cloud architecture and production troubleshooting.
- Bring experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Engineering, TAM, Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Customer Engineering.
- Explain complex technical topics clearly.
- Demonstrate debugging and problem-solving ability.
- Be comfortable reading code, logs, APIs, Terraform, and infrastructure configurations.
- Be fluent in English.
- East Coast location is strongly preferred, or have at least 3 hours of overlap with CET working hours.
Responsibilities
- Guide prospects and customers through architecture discussions, onboarding, migrations, and production adoption.
- Help customers design scalable cloud and Kubernetes setups.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and advise on CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and deployments.
- Work with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to unblock customers and improve their experience.
- Turn recurring customer questions into documentation, tooling, processes, and product feedback.
- Contribute when useful to Qovery’s open-source CLI, Terraform Provider, and tooling.
