- Have experience coordinating or managing others.
- Bring hands-on experience with CRM, email, SEO, outreach, and analytics.
- Have strong English.
- Work independently and collaborate with US leadership.
- Have familiarity with AI tools.
- Zoho, B2B, and manufacturing knowledge are helpful.
Responsibilities
- Manage junior resources, including task assignments, deadlines, quality control, hiring recommendations, and SOPs.
- Execute demand generation, email marketing, supplier outreach support, nurturing, and SEO implementation.
- Manage content calendars, distribution, and reporting.
- Administer Zoho CRM/Campaigns, automations, segmentation, lead tracking, funnel reporting, and campaign attribution.
- Support the Mexico supplier sales representative with prospect research, lead lists, CRM follow-up, and collateral.
- Introduce AI-assisted processes to improve the productivity of a lean team.
- Partner with the Brand & Editorial Director on creative specifications and approval while retaining responsibility for personnel and production scheduling.
