Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of software (SaaS) product management experience.
- Experience in construction, fabrication, mining, or similar industrial environments is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with product management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize, plan, and meet difficult deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in problem solving and creative thinking.
- Able to travel up to 50% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Gather detailed product requirements from customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify product gaps and generate ideas to improve customer experience.
- Translate product goals into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize user stories based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Refine user stories and maintain an organized, prioritized product backlog.
- Develop release plans that account for timing, feature dependencies, and user impact.
- Coordinate release scope and ensure necessary documentation is in place.
- Work with development and quality assurance teams to resolve issues during testing or after release.
