Requirements
- Bring 6+ years of technical program or project management experience.
- Apply agile project management methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong technical fluency and ability to learn high-level systems, integrations, and key functions of the Lyra platform.
- Use ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
- Have experience with analytics.
- Plan, organize, multitask, and execute with attention to quality and operational efficiency.
- Represent complex topics across audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset focused on improving outcomes for internal and external customers.
- Startup and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance program delivery and cross-functional collaboration is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology leadership and business partners to bring functional and strategic needs together.
- Align stakeholders and keep relevant audiences updated across teams with differing goals and viewpoints.
- Promote clear communication, shared ownership, and effective collaboration.
- Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes and best practices to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify root causes of issues and implement countermeasures to address needs.
