Requirements
- Have 12+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or equivalent roles, with a track record of delivering high-impact business outcomes.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- An MBA is an advantage.
- Demonstrate the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders, negotiate effectively, navigate competing priorities, and build consensus.
- Apply strategic and analytical capabilities to interpret complex market and internal data and develop long-term business recommendations.
- Show success operating in uncertain or rapidly evolving environments and creating structure when processes are lacking.
- Understand business performance, operational metrics, financial drivers, and the relationship between execution and profit-and-loss outcomes.
- Lead complex initiatives from planning through delivery, establish measurable objectives, and coordinate interdependent workstreams.
- Communicate and present complex findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
- Build trusted relationships across teams and organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide programs and strategic initiatives, defining scope, success criteria, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Identify operational roadblocks and inefficiencies, evaluate solutions, and implement processes to address recurring challenges.
- Design project cadences, governance processes, and reporting frameworks to track progress and accountability.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable recommendations for project execution and business decisions.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align resources, build consensus, and coordinate workstreams.
- Connect operational metrics and execution priorities to financial performance, profitability, and revenue growth.
- Assess existing approaches and scale effective process improvements across the organization.
