Requirements
- Demonstrated corporate strategy and program management experience at a high-growth startup or MBB consultancy.
- Successful completion of an MBA or equivalently challenging coursework.
- Conversance in core cybersecurity and IT concepts sufficient to engage credibly with CISO staff and business leaders.
- Skills with Claude, Google Workspace, and dashboards.
- Strong executive presence.
- Comfort communicating with technical and leadership audiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist the CISO and direct reports in developing and executing strategy across the Security & Technology portfolio.
- Run Security & Technology planning and operating cadences, including QBRs and OKR cycles.
- Prepare executive materials, including board decks and all-hands narratives.
- Identify organizational bottlenecks and drive cross-functional resolution.
- Represent the CISO and staff in internal meetings and make decisions within scope.
- Drive follow-through and hold the organization accountable to commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional programs with Security & Technology leaders and TPM staff, including launches, new capabilities, and certification milestones.
- Manage dependencies between teams.
- Design communications mechanisms and coach staff on storytelling.
- Build and maintain processes for decisions, work tracking, and prioritization; partner on headcount and budget planning.
