Requirements
- Have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Hold national pharmacy technician certification.
- Have at least 1 year of institutional pharmacy technician experience.
- Have at least 1 year of retail pharmacy technician experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
- Have IT troubleshooting skills.
- Be proficient with MS Office and Google tools.
- Be able to work overnight and/or weekend shifts on a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule.
- For home-based work, have cable broadband or fiber internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
Responsibilities
- Monitor client coverage and assist pharmacists with order processing.
- Triage and manage high-volume client calls.
- Provide basic technical support and coordinate with IT on advanced issues.
- Contact healthcare professionals to gather required clinical or demographic information.
- Support workflow during downtime and help secure emergency shift coverage.
- Submit nightly shift reports.
