Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Be available during standard operating hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. CST, with occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. CST.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized quotes and service for non-Horace Mann products, matching coverage options to client needs.
- Build relationships with agents and respond to client inquiries through email, phone, and web channels.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to process quotes and applications.
- Bind policies and secure required approvals, payments, signatures, and documentation.
- Track and report key performance metrics while maintaining quality reviews.
- Engage with clients and follow up to achieve production goals.
- Use sales techniques to maintain close ratios and service levels.
