- Experience identifying AI product opportunities, defining roadmaps, prioritizing needs, and translating technical capabilities into commercially meaningful solutions.
- Product leadership in AI applications; GRC or compliance workflow experience is preferred.
- Experience defining AI evaluation frameworks, performance benchmarks, and measurable quality standards.
- Ability to establish AI safeguards, governance mechanisms, precision controls, and verifiable outcomes for production systems.
- Ability to engage with engineering teams on technical specifications, model evaluations, system architecture, and implementation trade-offs.
- Experience aligning engineering, product, design, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to understand enterprise customer challenges and connect product decisions to measurable business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on software engineering, specification-driven development, or data science experience is an advantage.
- Experience in GRC, cybersecurity, third-party risk management, or other regulated enterprise environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI agent evaluation tools, Claude Code, or developer-focused AI tooling is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery priorities for AI-powered platform capabilities, intelligent agents, and automated enterprise GRC workflows.
- Translate customer needs into product specifications, technical requirements, and development plans with engineering teams and GRC subject matter experts.
- Establish evaluation methods, grounding standards, and measurable benchmarks for AI accuracy, reliability, effectiveness, and auditability.
- Lead development of customer-facing AI agents and backend integrations that automate compliance activities and recurring workflows.
- Align product, engineering, design, executive, and go-to-market teams on strategic priorities, technical constraints, and customer outcomes.
- Engage enterprise customers, understand their use cases, and incorporate feedback into product strategy and development priorities.
- Build and test functional prototypes, analyze product usage data, and run structured experiments to validate AI capabilities.
- Monitor production AI features and use customer feedback and evaluation results to improve performance and reliability.
- Embed AI safety, governance, transparency, and verifiable outcomes into product development for compliance-focused workflows.
- Represent the product vision in customer advisory sessions, executive briefings, and relevant industry events.
