Have 7+ years of product management experience.
Bring experience scaling 0–1 products, B2B SaaS experience, or experience building AI agentic products.
Partner with Engineering and Data on data flows, instrumentation, system design, and reliability.
Define robust metrics and measurement plans.
Reason about APIs, permissions, and scalable configuration frameworks.
Demonstrate a track record of moving business metrics such as retention, expansion, adoption, support deflection, or engagement.
Lead without authority and align cross-functional Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM partners.
Create clear written and verbal narratives for executives and individual contributors.

Define the vision, strategy, north-star metrics, and 12–18 month roadmap for Reputation Management.
Drive review acquisition through automated campaigns, multi-channel requests, personalization, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
Build AI-driven review reply experiences with personalized responses, brand voice customization, sentiment awareness, and bulk actions.
Create workflows for review requests, sentiment-based routing, escalations, notifications, and proactive engagement.
Improve review monitoring, aggregation, moderation, collaboration, and multi-location management.
Deliver reputation reporting, sentiment analysis, AI-generated insights, benchmarking, and recommendations.
Lead customer interviews, workflow audits, usability testing, competitive analysis, and market research.
Own PRDs, requirements, prioritization, release planning, stakeholder alignment, success metrics, and post-launch measurement.
