Job Details

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent capability for an eCommerce web services product.

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, another technical or engineering field, or have equivalent applicable experience.
Have 5+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent capability for an eCommerce web services product.
Apply strong business insight and technical vision to a product area.
Use technical and operational capabilities to build solutions.
Demonstrate success managing medium to large complex projects in an eCommerce setting.
Show proficiency with web services, generative and agentic AI, and API development.
A master’s degree in a technology or business-related field, or equivalent experience, is an additional qualification.
Direct experience in risk management or payments within a large-scale eCommerce setting is an additional qualification.
Experience with rules engines and machine learning techniques for anomaly detection is an additional qualification.

Lead product strategy for account risk management by crafting adaptable capabilities for different risk areas.
Define requirements and roadmaps for platform and internal tools that support low reaction time, coverage, and precision.
Work with business, engineering, operational, and design collaborators across GoDaddy brands and units to measure risk gaps.
Identify opportunities to improve performance and build scalable solutions.
Support measures to strengthen the account risk management framework while enabling business progress and customer experience.
Lead discussions with senior leaders about business performance and opportunities in risk management.
