- Have 4+ years of experience in creator, talent, influencer, entertainment, or digital talent management.
- Have experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing client-facing teams.
- Have demonstrated experience building a successful creator roster.
- Have demonstrated success negotiating complex brand partnerships and talent deals.
- Bring leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to influence creators and internal teams.
- Existing relationships with major brands, agencies, and industry partners are a plus.
- Experience managing high-profile creators is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Creator Managers.
- Ensure the team achieves quarterly and annual revenue bookings and roster-growth targets.
- Coach Creator Managers on complex brand negotiations, creator strategy, pricing, renewals, and relationship management.
- Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions focused on professional development and measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to grow creator businesses through partnerships, long-term strategy, and proactive account management.
- Personally manage a select roster of high-value creators.
- Partner with Business Affairs, Accounting, Marketing, Creator Growth, and Executive Leadership to support creators.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop Creator Management talent.
- Contribute to process improvements, strategic initiatives, and agency growth.
