Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the FX, CFD, online trading, crypto, iGaming, or banking industry.
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Be self-motivated and results-driven.
- Be able to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential partners.
- Acquire new Introducing Broker (IB) partners and reactivate inactive partners.
- Build and manage a partner network.
- Negotiate commercial terms and maintain business relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.
- Collaborate with international teams across different regions.
- Manage the onboarding of new IBs and ensure they are integrated into the partnership structure.
