Requirements
- Be comfortable navigating eBay listing tools and item-specifics and category fields.
- Whatnot experience is a plus but is not required.
- Use Google Lens and comparable or competitor listings to identify unfamiliar items.
- Be detail-oriented and consistent when applying a standardized title and listing style.
- Be comfortable working with toys, collectibles, and pop-culture or franchise items, or willing to learn.
- Provide reasonable turnaround on photo batches, typically same-day or next-day rather than same-hour.
Responsibilities
- Turn product photos from the client into listing drafts on eBay and Whatnot.
- Research accurate item details using Google Lens, comparable listings, and information provided by the client.
- Complete eBay titles with the client's standardized style.
- Fill out eBay category and item-specific fields, including theme, franchise, and character family.
- Create simpler Whatnot listings with accurate titles.
- Leave all listings in draft form for the client's final review, edits, and posting.
