Requirements
- Have two or more years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within an e-commerce or DTC business.
- Have experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing platform.
- Understand customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Be fluent in English at a native level, both written and spoken.
- Have strong attention to detail and catch issues before campaigns are deployed.
- Be comfortable working independently, managing multiple campaigns, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Furniture, home, or another considered-purchase category with a longer buying cycle is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify, GA4, HTML for email editing, or AI-powered marketing workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deploy email campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and retention flows.
- Segment customers to deliver personalized marketing experiences.
- Check copy, links, layouts, dynamic content, and scheduling before campaign launches.
- Work with creative, e-commerce, and marketing teams on launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Run A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to improve engagement, conversions, and retention.
- Maintain email calendars and deliver projects on time.
- Use AI tools to improve workflows, content creation, and campaign execution.
