Requirements
- Have at least two years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS.
- Have supported customers through adoption and long-term optimization of complex technologies.
- Have experience managing a book of approximately 60 mid-market customers exceeding $1.5M in total ARR.
- Have experience developing relationships across a broad set of stakeholders.
- Have experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
- Be able to become a product and industry expert.
- Have experience tailoring training and product walkthroughs to customers’ specific challenges.
- Have experience working with technically complex products.
- Be able to prioritize time across a large and varied customer book.
- Be comfortable navigating advanced configurations and data workflows.
Responsibilities
- Implement Ashby for customers across the region.
- Train customers to use Ashby and support product adoption.
- Help customers optimize their use of Ashby throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Build trusted partnerships with mid-market customers and help them realize measurable value.
- Manage a book of approximately 60 mid-market customers.
- Develop relationships across a broad set of customer stakeholders.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations stakeholders.
- Tailor training and product walkthroughs to customers’ specific challenges.
