Requirements
- Have native-level Portuguese.
- Have 2+ years in a phone-based, target-driven role, such as sales, customer or patient success, or patient coordination.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of hitting individual targets.
- Be motivated by performance-based pay.
- Show empathy and patience when supporting patients with chronic pain and patients who are not digital natives.
- Be highly organised.
- Have experience working in a CRM, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Be open to working with new tools and technology in daily work.
- Demonstrate at least Level 1 AI proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of patients who have signed up and help them successfully start therapy.
- Explain how Kaia works and how patients can use it, using simple, empathetic language.
- Address patients’ questions and concerns.
- Stay in contact with patients via phone, email and messaging.
- Proactively follow up with patients who need support.
- Coordinate with doctors’ practices and health insurers where needed.
- Keep patient status accurate in the CRM.
