Job Details

Have 4+ years of Salesforce development experience; startup experience is preferred.
Hold Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II credentials.
Have experience developing in a highly customized Salesforce environment.
Have experience with Apex Triggers, Queueable Classes, Schedulable Classes, and Batch Classes.
Have experience with LWC, Aura, and Visualforce Components, and Trigger Frameworks.
Have experience with developer tools including GitHub, Gearset, VSCode, Nebula Logger, Salesforce CLI, and GitHub Copilot.
Have experience managing an inbound stream of requests effectively.
Demonstrate cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and clear delivery of outcomes.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bring strong ownership, flexibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Manage incoming development requests and the Salesforce ticket queue to resolve issues and enhancements in a timely manner.
Develop solutions and provide day-to-day support for the Salesforce instance.
Collaborate on third-party integrations and business processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.
Work with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to improve buying and selling processes.
Contribute to documentation, product scoping, and training.
Collaborate on strategies for managing Salesforce metadata and tabular data.
Work with Salesforce experts on implementation and architecture planning.
Build integrations and scalable processes with the engineering team.
Support Salesforce administration, data structures, and configurations as the organization scales.
