Requirements
- Bring 4-5+ years of AR/Billing experience in a similar high-growth environment.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Have experience managing high volumes of multiple billing types, including usage-based billing and revenue deferrals.
- Demonstrate very strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large amounts of data.
- Have familiarity with G-Suite.
- Have familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Be proficient in written and verbal English.
- Public company experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the process and validation of requested billing adjustments.
- Assist the collections team with account reconciliation.
- Perform monthly close responsibilities for billing, including monthly reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and resolve AR-related issues.
- Assess current policies and procedures for improvement and alignment with company initiatives.
- Assist with customer onboarding, including account setup, vendor forms, and third-party systems.
