Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or hybrid Accounting/Finance roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with revenue recognition principles, including ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
- Experience conducting WIP reconciliations, project accounting analysis, and revenue-to-cost alignment.
- Advanced financial analysis and variance analysis expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of core financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Advanced Excel skills in financial modeling, complex reconciliations, and data analysis.
- Previous experience in a shared services or multi-entity environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the monthly FP&A close, aligning actuals with budget and forecast.
- Analyze P&L performance and identify variance drivers and trends.
- Lead revenue recognition compliance and monitoring with Accounting.
- Perform and review Work in Progress (WIP) reconciliations to match revenue and costs across projects and periods.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and capital/WIP projections.
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and deep dives for strategic decision-making.
- Review financial data for integrity across systems, general ledgers, and reporting tools.
- Validate cost allocations, including salaries, project expenses, and operating expenses.
- Support and validate month-end close, including accrued and deferred revenue accuracy.
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and reports.
