Requirements
- Have experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business analysis at a middle level.
- Hold a degree in economics, mathematics, finance, or a related field.
- Understand bank P&L components, including interest income, funding cost, cost of risk, and opex.
- Have strong Excel skills.
- Use SQL at an analyst level.
- Use Python at an analyst level.
- Use AI tools such as Claude every day and know how to get the most out of them.
- Explain numbers clearly to people outside finance and apply structured thinking.
- Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Run the monthly plan-versus-actual review.
- Analyze variances by product and geography and explain their drivers.
- Prepare and publish the monthly management report for leadership and investors.
- Maintain P&L data and reporting tools, and improve metrics, structure, and updates.
- Collect inputs from different teams and ensure the full picture is available on time.
- Work with management, business and product teams, finance colleagues, and other P&L analysts.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis for business cases, investment decisions, and payback calculations.
- Keep the monthly cycle running smoothly and on schedule.
