Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, operations analysis, or a similar role.
- Demonstrate a track record of independently leading projects from start to finish.
- Read and interpret business data and draw practical conclusions.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze information.
- Write and speak English clearly and concisely.
- Bring stakeholder-management, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Work independently and comfortably in a remote environment.
- Be based in Latin America or Europe.
- Be available Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM U.S. Central Time.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning through completion, including timelines, owners, and deliverables.
- Coordinate stakeholders across teams and keep projects moving.
- Gather, organize, and validate business data from across the company.
- Analyze operational, financial, customer, product, and market data for trends, gaps, and risks.
- Turn findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Document requirements, decisions, processes, and project updates.
