Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of Business Analysis experience focused on Intelligent Automation, RPA, or AI-driven application engineering.
- Demonstrate understanding of modern AI architectures.
- Be able to design workflows incorporating LLMs, API integrations, and unstructured data processing.
- Have experience authoring rigorous Process Design Documents (PDDs).
- Have experience collaborating on Solution Designs (SDDs) with strict traceability.
- Have a track record working within Agile frameworks.
- Be able to translate between executive business stakeholders and technical engineering pods.
- Nice to have: UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA).
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
Responsibilities
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical pods to translate complex enterprise workflows into scalable automation requirements.
- Conduct As-Is analysis and design optimized To-Be processes.
- Author Process Design Documents (PDDs) and collaborate on Solution Designs (SDDs), maintaining logic clarity and traceability.
- Analyze Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for gaps and lead process validation against business intent.
- Advise clients on long-term automation roadmaps, from tactical delivery to AI and automation strategy.
- Drive adoption of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Process Mining.
