- 10+ years of progressive marketing operations, sales enablement, or related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with a Master's degree.
- At least 4+ years in a people management role.
- Significant experience developing and managing sales enablement materials and training programs.
- Proven experience implementing and optimizing marketing operations processes and sales enablement strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously.
- Travel required up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking to align marketing operations with strategic goals.
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies, tools, resources, and training for the sales team.
- Coordinate marketing and sales processes to improve lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Implement and manage CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, product collateral, and training resources.
- Monitor marketing and sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate campaign goals, messaging, and execution with the broader marketing team.
- Manage the marketing operations and sales enablement budget and allocate resources.
- Provide leadership and support to team members and promote best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.
