Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Strategist, or in a comparable technical role involving networking, storage, and bare-metal infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including BGP, IP routing, and firewalls.
- Hands-on familiarity with bare-metal server infrastructure.
- Experience working with APIs and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- Experience setting up and managing practical lab environments.
- Proficiency with Figma, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or equivalent tools for architecture diagrams.
- Experience creating technical documentation, deployment guides, reference architectures, and implementation resources.
- Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, accessible language for technical teams, sales professionals, and enterprise customers.
- Ability to work across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical guides, deployment documentation, solution briefs, and enablement materials.
- Design and deliver technical training sessions and hands-on workshops for global Solutions Architects.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand releases, test early-stage features, and prepare accurate enablement assets.
- Create architecture diagrams, solution flows, and design patterns using tools such as Figma, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
- Build reference designs, Terraform configurations, API integrations, and automation scripts for networking, compute, and storage technologies.
- Own technical information for go-to-market leadership and field teams, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Develop sandbox environments, demonstration scripts, and practical lab guides.
- Translate customer feedback, deal insights, and win/loss analysis into recommendations for go-to-market strategy and product improvements.
- Contribute to whitepapers, technical deep dives, and other technical thought leadership materials.
