Requirements
- Have 5+ years in technical product management, integration or solutions architecture, or technical implementation at a software company.
- Bring substantial experience working directly with customers and/or high emotional intelligence.
- Have hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and authentication.
- Be able to read API documentation, test calls using Postman or a similar tool, and assess integration approaches independently.
- Write clear requirements that turn customer requests into buildable engineering specifications.
- Have strong project execution skills and experience running work with engineers through delivery.
- Have integration experience across multiple systems; breadth of integration patterns is valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on customer and prospect calls involving customization, non-standard use, troubleshooting, and potential API capabilities.
- Work with the product team to get AI products live in customer systems, including changes to APIs or partner integrations and customer enablement.
- Design integration solutions covering data flows, field and status mapping, error handling, and configuration.
- Own customer solutions end to end with engineering by writing requirements, breaking down work, tracking delivery, and communicating through go-live.
- Act as the hands-on technical counterpart for Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday, VMS partners, and direct sourcing partners.
- Convert recurring integration questions into documentation and configuration guides for Customer Success and Implementation.
- Identify recurring custom solutions and help turn them into standard product capabilities.
