Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Strategist in networking, storage, and bare-metal platforms.
- Understand networking fundamentals, including BGP, IP routing, and firewalls.
- Understand bare-metal server infrastructure.
- Have strong experience working with APIs.
- Have experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform or Ansible.
- Have experience setting up live lab environments.
- Demonstrate capability with Figma, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or equivalent tools for technical diagrams.
- Be able to create detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Translate complex engineering concepts into plain language for sellers and enterprise buyers.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Write, design, and maintain technical guides for internal teams and external audiences.
- Build and deliver technical training and workshops for Global Megaport Solution Architects.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to test early feature builds and prepare technical enablement materials before product releases.
- Create architecture flows and design patterns using Figma, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or equivalent tools.
- Build production-ready reference architectures, Terraform, and API scripts connecting Compute, Network, and Storage.
- Own technical content requests from GTM leadership and field teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Build interactive sandbox environments, demo scripts, and lab guides for Solution Architects.
- Convert deal insights and win/loss data into GTM strategy and product feature requests.
- Contribute whitepapers, solution briefs, and technical deep dives.
