- Support complex and strategic data centre procurement and customer transactions from negotiation through execution.
- Partner with the Chief Legal Officer, executive leadership, and senior stakeholders on high-priority legal matters, primarily for the compute division.
- Advise on the legal and commercial structure of partnerships involving cloud, networking, data centres, infrastructure, compute, storage, software, and other technology services.
- Lead negotiations with global technology companies, cloud and infrastructure providers, strategic partners, enterprise customers, and suppliers.
- Advise on technology, data, privacy, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and regulatory issues arising from strategic transactions.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives with the CLO and legal team leaders.
- Act as a senior member of the Legal team and a sounding board for colleagues handling complex commercial issues.
- Support the broader global legal team during busy periods.
- Identify ways to simplify work and improve contracting approaches while enabling business execution.
