Job Details

Have 2+ years of end-to-end caseload or book-of-accounts ownership in case management, patient or client coordination, claims handling, operations, or a similar area.
Have strong written and spoken English.
Be able to manage 100+ cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation.
Be comfortable spending most of the workday handling communications by phone and text.
Demonstrate accountability, proactive case ownership, and follow-through.
Use creative problem-solving when escalations arise.
Be organized and comfortable navigating multiple systems to triage daily priorities.
Have a home setup that supports the work; see the posting’s tech requirements for details.
Work full-time, Monday–Friday, during US Pacific Time business hours.

Manage a high-volume caseload from contract signature through final resolution.
Handle continuous inbound and outbound calls and texts as the dedicated family contact.
Guide families through each step of the process and build trust.
Coordinate transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return with internal teams and vendors.
Update documentation and systems promptly and accurately.
Use HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and the internal case management system to build case context and triage workflows.
Assist teammates with coverage, escalations, and urgent case needs.
Ensure smooth case handoffs and anticipate downstream impacts.
