Requirements
- Bring 2–4 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Client Success, or Client Relations.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish at C1–C2 level.
- Show a track record in account retention, churn reduction, and closing B2B upsells or account expansions.
- Have strong cross-functional coordination skills working with HR, Recruitment, and Operations.
- Have strong experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRMs for pipeline management and client tracking.
- BPO, nearshore staffing, or virtual assistant services experience is preferred.
- Have a quiet home office, stable internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload, and a backup connection.
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular client check-ins to assess productivity, relationship health, and account risks, and execute retention strategies.
- Identify account growth opportunities, present qualified candidate profiles, schedule onboarding sessions, and work toward monthly add-on goals.
- Coordinate with Trial, HR, and Recruitment teams to source, vet, and introduce candidates for open client seats.
- Maintain accurate internal placement databases.
- Resolve client concerns, manage escalations, and measure client satisfaction.
- Gather customer testimonials, reviews, referrals, and success stories for collaboration with Marketing on case studies.
- Provide feedback to HR and Recruitment on candidate performance.
- Deliver recruitment search updates to clients and participate in management reviews on account health.
