Requirements
- Have a solid background in software engineering and platform or infrastructure engineering.
- Be a Senior Software Engineer (L3 level) with a track record of delivering complex technical projects end to end, from design to production.
- Have deep, hands-on experience with relational data engines such as PostgreSQL, Aurora, or SQL Server.
- Have deep, hands-on experience with NoSQL data engines such as Redis/Valkey or DynamoDB.
- Have experience with search engines such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Solr, and with object storage.
- Bring experience with performance tuning and production troubleshooting at massive scale.
- Have experience building integration libraries, IaC modules, or internal developer platforms.
- Be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate services, proxies, and automation for SQL, NoSQL, search, and object storage offerings.
- Work on sharding, replication, capacity planning, Multi-AZ resilience, and large-scale migrations.
- Build integration libraries, APIs, IaC modules, and golden paths for product developers.
- Own high availability, performance, and resilience across data layers.
- Participate in on-call, drive incident follow-ups, and define SLOs and burn-rate alerts.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and replace manual requests with automated, self-service solutions.
