Experience: 5-7+ years of industry experience; 4+ years of experience with Python in a production environment; 2+ years of experience with React.js and TypeScript

Have 5-7+ years of industry experience with examples of strategic technical problem-solving and implementation.
Bring strong software development fundamentals and experience evolving existing implementation patterns.
Have 4+ years of production experience with Python.
Have strong REST API design skills, including resource modeling, versioning, pagination, error handling, and authentication and authorization.
Have production experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Have deep SQL experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar, including schema design, migrations, and query performance tuning.
Have experience with caching strategies, background jobs and task queues, and high-volume or long-running workloads.
Write well-tested backend code, including unit, integration, and API-level tests.
Be familiar with cloud infrastructure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, and with operating production services using logging, metrics, alerting, and debugging.
Have 2+ years of experience with React.js and TypeScript, plus experience with Next.js or another React.js frontend framework.
Be comfortable implementing designs with CSS fundamentals and Tailwind CSS.
Have experience scoping, breaking down, estimating, and delivering projects, and writing technical design documents that translate into projects, milestones, and backlogs.
Have experience mentoring and developing engineers and supporting code quality and development practices.

Drive self-serve product offerings to bring prospective customers into the products and grow new revenue.
Develop core tools used by the customer success team to support customers.
Translate business requirements into systems that support core business activities.
Work with stakeholders to clarify ambiguities in business operations and system design.
Design and update extensible frontend and backend systems using good design patterns.
Ensure the correctness and accuracy of data captured around key business activities.
Build and maintain frontend components, design, and architecture.
Ensure the quality and reliability of user-facing frontend surfaces and the application stack that supports them.
