Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Go, Python, and TypeScript.
- Be familiar with AWS technologies such as EC2, Fargate, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Have hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or MongoDB.
- Have experience with CI/CD workflows, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and other DevOps tools.
- Have experience working in agile teams and deploying code using Git-based workflows and CI/CD technologies.
- Have strong experience with version control software; Git is preferred.
- Have hands-on capability with React or Angular for frontend work as needed.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is an additional qualification.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, highly available, fault-tolerant code deployed on AWS.
- Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing.
- Own frontend features and UI components from design through delivery as needed.
- Investigate and resolve production issues and fulfill DevOps on-call responsibilities.
- Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews.
- Mentor fellow engineers.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to support scalable, efficient, and consistent data models.
- Instrument services with logs, metrics, and traces to support performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
