Requirements
- Have 2+ years of commercial experience in a product company.
- Be proficient with Node.js and React.js.
- Bring product thinking focused on solving user problems.
- Have experience building AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications, or extensive daily experience using AI-assisted development tools.
- Have strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to design scalable, maintainable systems.
- Be able to learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools quickly.
- Mobile app development experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop the Mindly product.
- Work with the Product Team and CEO to understand users' needs and pressing problems.
- Shape and evaluate potential solutions to user problems.
- Contribute to AI-powered experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion.
- Use AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery.
- Drive the development cycle from identifying a problem through launching the finished solution into production.
