Have 6–8 or more years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in C# and comprehensive understanding of the .NET platform.
Have hands-on experience building web applications and backend services with ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core.
Have experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Have experience developing modern web applications with Vue.js or React.
Be familiar with TypeScript, component-based architecture, responsive interfaces, accessibility, and application state management.
Understand application architecture, scalable software design patterns, and reliable, high-performance systems.
Have experience with SQL databases, relational data models, query optimization, and database performance.
Be familiar with cloud infrastructure and deployment environments, particularly AWS or Microsoft Azure.
Be comfortable with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and collaborative development workflows.
Be able to investigate production issues independently and deliver lasting fixes.
Be willing to work under an independent contractor arrangement.

Design, develop, test, and maintain product features across the application stack from technical design through deployment and production support.
Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and application components using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core.
Develop user interfaces using Vue.js or React and TypeScript, and integrate them with backend REST APIs.
Contribute to system design and architectural decisions within your area of responsibility.
Design relational data models, write SQL queries, and improve database performance.
Investigate production incidents, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
Write maintainable, well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to automated testing.
Collaborate with DevOps colleagues on cloud infrastructure, deployments, and production performance.
Work with Product, QA, and DevOps to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Evaluate existing systems and implement practical improvements to architecture and code quality.
