Requirements
- Have 3+ years of software implementation experience in healthcare or healthcare SaaS.
- Demonstrate a track record of managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Be familiar with healthcare software systems and able to understand technical concepts when communicating with development teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand clients’ needs.
- Analyze issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions.
- Work collaboratively across teams and departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete the Healthcare Financial Management Association CRCR training with a passing score within the first 90 days.
- Preferred: understand revenue cycle management, including patient billing, collections workflows, and payer dynamics.
- Preferred: have SaaS implementation experience, ideally in healthcare or revenue cycle management.
- Preferred: be familiar with cloud-based deployment, APIs, EHR/PM system integrations, data migration, and configuration best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary client contact during implementation and provide guidance aligned with client needs.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to customize and configure software solutions.
- Identify and resolve implementation-related issues to maintain project momentum.
- Document implementation processes, configurations, and client-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering on implementations and product deployments.
- Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
