Job Details

Bring 3+ years of experience launching software in dealerships, ideally service-side schedulers, DMS, or service lane tools.
Understand fixed operations, including the service process from appointment to write-up to repair order (RO).
Be comfortable traveling more than 50% of the time, often on short notice, to dealerships across the U.S.
Work comfortably with integrations, data mapping, configuration, and troubleshooting alongside engineers.
Manage tight timelines, track open items, and handle several launches at once.
Train dealership teams and communicate with advisors, general managers, and other stakeholders.
Take ownership of launches through store adoption and results.
Be interested in joining an early-stage company and working with an evolving process.

Run dealership go-lives from kickoff through handoff, managing timelines, integrations, configuration, training, and launch day.
Travel to dealerships for go-lives, training, and post-launch tune-ups.
Coordinate DMS and scheduler connections, phone systems, and data mapping, troubleshooting with engineering.
Configure dealership hours, menus, op codes, routing rules, and appointment workflows.
Train service advisors, BDC agents, service managers, and fixed ops directors.
Own time-to-live, early adoption, and first-30-day results.
Hand off healthy live accounts to Customer Success with notes, open items, and baseline results.
Plan phased rollouts across dealer groups and OEM programs, coordinating stakeholders and multiple launches.
Follow and improve the implementation playbook based on dealership experience.
Share integration gaps, workflow edge cases, and recurring requests with the product team.
