- Lead implementations from kickoff to go-live across single rooftops and groups
- Drive daily product adoption and measure impact on dealership metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with key dealership decision makers
- Set up and manage weekly check-ins, launch reviews, and QBRs
- Triage and resolve technical issues in coordination with product/engineering
- Create repeatable playbooks for onboarding, training, renewals, and support
