Requirements
- At least C1 level of English proficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, sales operations, or a related role.
- Excellent phone and email communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proficiency with sales analytics tools.
- AI proficiency for sales data analysis, process automation, or workflow optimization is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily checks of core systems, CRM, operational tools, and integrations to maintain uptime and data integrity.
- Respond to customer inquiries by email and handle incoming calls, answering questions and assisting with enrollments.
- Conduct sales conversations with customers to support the sales team during high-volume periods.
- Prepare sales materials and documentation for new course launches.
- Prepare and maintain sales templates, payment links, product documentation, and other sales enablement resources.
- Own and update the centralized library of sales resources, processes, procedures, product documentation, and regulatory information.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations to support smooth sales processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the sales cycle and operational workflows.
- Suggest and implement automation and optimization initiatives to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
