- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related professional experience, Master’s degree with 10+ years, PhD with 8+ years, or equivalent experience; a substantial part of the experience should be in product management.
- Experience at Principal, Group, or Director-level scope, owning a related product portfolio or strategically important area.
- Track record of delivering business results such as revenue growth, market share, customer acquisition, or retention.
- Product strategy experience, including funded business cases, financial modeling, forecasting with Finance, and use of customer, competitor, and market insight.
- Ability to set goals and forecasts, explain how KPIs drive the business, and use data and experiments to make portfolio decisions.
- Cross-functional leadership without formal authority, including work with senior leaders across functions and pillars.
- Deep expertise in integrations, APIs, and major ERPs and accounting systems, including Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting workflows including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliation, and close, and how data moves between financial operations platforms and ledgers.
- Experience building or growing an app marketplace, App Center, or partner integration ecosystem, including partner selection, launch, and measurement.
- Technical fluency to work with engineers on sync architecture, data mapping, API design, and reliability trade-offs.
- Desired: experience at an ERP, accounting software provider, or fintech serving SMB and mid-market finance teams and accounting firms.
- Desired: experience with OAuth-based app ecosystems, iPaaS or file-based integrations, AI and agent connectors, ERP partner programs, co-marketing, or partnership commercial terms.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute multi-year roadmaps across the integrations ecosystem and related product areas.
- Identify opportunities using customer research, usage data, and market and competitive insight, then build funded business cases with Finance.
- Set portfolio goals, OKRs, annual forecasts, and KPIs, and track results and lessons learned.
- Lead discovery with customers, accountants, and partners, and build a testing and experimentation roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, launch, and iteration; manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
- Improve ERP integrations and automate accounting workflows across AP, AR, and Spend & Expense.
- Set and improve sync reliability and customer-effort measures, including sync success rate, error rate, and CX contact rate.
- Modernize integration setup and management, grow the App Center and partner ecosystem, and shape ERP and partner strategy.
- Partner with Developer Platform and Embed teams on APIs, OAuth, and partner onboarding.
