Requirements
- Bring at least 4 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a related role.
- Have hands-on implementation experience.
- Have experience owning complex enterprise or mid-market implementations through production launch.
- Demonstrate technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations.
- Have hands-on experience building, implementing, or configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents.
- Be familiar with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Contact center, conversational AI, or call center implementation experience is valued.
- Experience in legal, insurance, or financial services intake operations is helpful.
- Have experience working outside government, banking, or other large, slow-moving regulated environments.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sales implementations from signed contract through launch.
- Partner with customers to understand their standard operating procedures, workflows, and customer experience goals.
- Define the desired AI-driven experience.
- Document business logic, requirements, and implementation specifications for applied AI engineers.
- Coordinate technical integrations across APIs, webhooks, CRMs, contact center platforms, and customer data systems.
