Requirements
- Have 3-5+ years of Accounting or FP&A experience focused on financial reporting, budgeting, and/or close management.
- Bring hands-on experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
- Have managed and/or implemented financial management software.
- Demonstrate executive presence when interacting with senior-level executives.
- Bring a customer-centric approach and a strong sense of urgency for customer care.
- Have strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Assess and optimize existing implementations and builds of Planful’s Financial Performance Management Suite.
- Manage multiple customer consultations and projects focused on planning, close management, and reporting processes.
- Facilitate discovery and design sessions with clients to assess business requirements.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of key accounts through ongoing engagement and partnership with the Customer Success team.
- Analyze client financial planning and reporting processes to determine how models will work within the solution.
- Recommend best practices and solutions to help clients use Planful with current, optimized methods.
- Provide escalation support and leadership to diagnose and resolve systemic or root-cause issues.
- Advise clients on change management, business process design and redesign, process improvements, and analytics.
- Deliver presentations about industry-leading solutions at the User Conference.
