Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience working with accounting teams in a fast-growth environment.
- Bring strong NetSuite administration experience, ideally.
- Have direct experience leading a major system implementation or rollout.
- Understand accounting principles and processes.
- Have experience supporting ancillary accounting systems such as TripActions, Zip, or Coupa.
- Bring skills spanning Business Analysis, Project Management, and Technical Systems Analysis.
- Consulting experience in systems implementation or integrations is a plus.
- Experience supporting Stripe, Avalara, or Tesorio is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and provide ongoing system architecture and design reviews for Order-to-Cash processes.
- Identify configuration, integration, and process improvements across Order-to-Cash and Revenue Recognition.
- Align cross-functional teams on technical requirements and goals for ERP functionality and activities.
- Design and implement software solutions to increase automation, reduce risk, and create scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior team members and participate in interviewing and hiring decisions.
- Support and troubleshoot systems outside the Order-to-Cash space, including Zip, Expensify, Tesorio, Numeric, and Bank of America CashPro.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on NetSuite ERP and provide end-user training and support for ERP and other financial systems.
