Job Details

Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders and support maintenance of a stakeholder matrix.
Gather requirements and analyze data to determine potential solutions for issues requiring cross-team collaboration.
Identify, track, and resolve business and technical issues related to product delivery and development or maintenance releases.
Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies that could affect schedules or stakeholders.
Plan for and support key operational and technical processes.
Support development or updates to internal and external briefings, reports, and documentation.
Knowledge of Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Slack, and Confluence, is preferred.
Experience or knowledge of project management, Agile methods, and SDLC or waterfall processes is desired.
Knowledge of the federally facilitated health insurance marketplace or health insurance eligibility and enrollment is a plus.
A Master of Arts or Master of Science degree is preferred, ideally in a healthcare-related field.
PMP, Scrum, or Scaled Agile certifications are preferred.

Coordinate and communicate with stakeholder teams to support delivery of policy- or technology-driven capabilities.
Collaborate with business owners, IT project managers, application development organizations, and other systems organizations on application enhancements.
Analyze datasets related to healthcare utilization, expenditures, quality measures, and other relevant metrics.
Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to inform policy development and program evaluation.
Translate business needs into requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
