Requirements
- Have 5+ years writing epics, user stories and acceptance criteria on Agile/SAFe teams.
- Have experience with requirements traceability and backlog management in Jira and Confluence.
- Be able to facilitate elicitation sessions and stakeholder reviews.
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential.
- VA, VHA logistics or supply chain domain experience is desired.
- SQL or Power BI for data analysis is desired.
- UAT planning and execution experience is desired.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA or SAFe POPM certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Run backlog refinement and decompose initiatives into epics, features and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Maintain the requirements package and full traceability from requirements to tests in VA tools.
- Facilitate elicitation sessions, workshops and stakeholder reviews with VA logisticians and clinicians.
- Draft requirements analysis proposals for new intake requests, including scope, level of effort and labor mix.
- Analyze data, build reports and process models, and support UAT and release validation.
