Have at least 5 years of software engineering experience at a senior level or above.
Bring strong foundations in backend development, API design, database architecture, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
Have strong TypeScript skills and be able to work across Node.js backend services and React-based frontend applications.
Demonstrate experience building and shipping production-ready software.
Be able to own complex features from initial concept through successful release.
Bring a product-oriented mindset and interest in understanding customer problems and evaluating trade-offs.
Communicate and collaborate effectively, including directly with customers and across remote teams.
Value developer experience, intuitive APIs, developer tools, reliable integrations, and polished user interfaces.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills, sound technical judgment, and a pragmatic approach to engineering decisions.
Be autonomous, accountable, and adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
Be based in the Netherlands or otherwise eligible to work remotely from the designated European region.

Design, develop, and ship full-stack product features across backend services, APIs, runtime infrastructure, dashboards, and developer-facing interfaces.
Build and maintain APIs, SDKs, command-line interfaces, Model Context Protocol integrations, and web applications.
Engage with customers to understand integration requirements, workflows, and AI agent use cases, and translate feedback into product specifications and technical solutions.
Own product features and technical initiatives from discovery and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Design and maintain scalable, high-performance systems as customer adoption, integration complexity, and usage volumes grow.
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap prioritization, balancing customer needs, engineering quality, and business objectives.
Improve developer experience through intuitive interfaces, clear APIs, reliable integrations, and accessible documentation.
Contribute to open-source projects and engage with the developer community.
Collaborate with engineering teammates and stakeholders, share knowledge, resolve blockers, and support incident response.
Identify opportunities to improve engineering practices, system architecture, and product functionality.
