Requirements
- Have 5+ years of software engineering experience at a senior level or above.
- Bring strong backend fundamentals, including APIs, databases, distributed systems, and performance.
- Be comfortable working across the stack in TypeScript, from Node.js services to React frontends.
- Care about what gets built and why, not only how it is implemented.
- Demonstrate developer empathy and optimize for developer experience across the product.
- Work proactively and reliably in a remote-first environment.
- Be autonomous, take ownership, and navigate ambiguity.
- Be based in North America, LATAM, or Europe.
Responsibilities
- Ship product features end to end, from backend services and APIs to the dashboard and developer-facing UIs.
- Build APIs, SDKs, CLI, MCP, and the web app used by developers and agents.
- Work directly with customers to understand integration and agent use cases and translate those insights into product features.
- Design systems that remain reliable and fast as usage grows.
- Shape the product roadmap and make product and technical decisions.
- Engage with the open-source community and maintain the repository.
