Job Details

Have senior full-stack experience and have owned features from the browser through to the machine they run on.
Have a track record of taking ownership of a domain, migration, or subsystem and remaining accountable for it.
Understand React server rendering, static generation, data loading, and hydration.
Use strict TypeScript and typed boundaries.
Have infrastructure-as-code experience; Pulumi is preferred, with Terraform experience also considered.
Have production experience with containers and Linux, including debugging services on remote machines.
Understand PostgreSQL backups and restores, migrations, and the effects of schema changes under load.
Use coding agents daily and critically review their output.
Have experience with third-party APIs, webhooks, and OAuth/OIDC integrations.
Be based within CET ±3 and fluent in English.

Build product and marketing UI in React, including multi-brand interfaces, accessibility, technical SEO, and performance budgets.
Develop user management and identity features, including Keycloak realms, organization hierarchies, partner brokering, and app entitlements.
Configure API gateway routes, plugins, and authentication policy as code in APISIX.
Work on payments and billing.
Contribute to ISO 27001 and GDPR work, including access control, change management, audit logging, observability, alerting, consent, and retention.
Develop infrastructure with Pulumi in TypeScript and work with Docker Swarm, Hetzner, Cloudflare, and Tailscale.
Build and maintain third-party integrations between systems.
Own technical areas and deliver work through the team's Shape Up cycles, documenting significant technical decisions and reviewing agent-assisted output.
